How lovely to discover, years later, a card announcing your own arrival in the world. The card you hold in your hands is attractive, because it's not just any old card; it's nice to see that your parents announced your arrival to their friends with so much joy, and it's a real pleasure to see the hand-made blue or pink ribbon bow at the corner of the announcement, or alternatively the embossed riband or cradle used to symbolise the happy event.
